You should already have ball-jointed solid links on a Type R. No real need to upgrade, but if somethings broken you can't go wrong with Whiteline kit, approx £80. Perrin is another if slightly more costly alternative.

If you're still on a std anti roll bar you'll get similar benefit from replacing the ARB bushes (and steering rack bushes are worth doing while you're under there too).

im in the same dilema,i have a 1995 classic, was going to get this set

but they dont supply the bolts/spacers and washers etc for them to fit as i have these as standardd

The rear is easy enough, like for like really, old ones plastic, new ones alloy so they just swap over, the fronts tho,as said, are different,i might just end up buying new standard ones as its less hassle

why is everyone getting their kniockers in a twist?
Get the whiteline wire droplinks front and rear, except the sti's that have the uprated fronts already.

because the whitelines are like £180 for both front/rear where theres alot of places that sell them cheaper and its working out what is needed if cheaper option is sorted
