Default Where and how to attach cold air feed?

Got a facelift bumper WITH fogs so can't mod the cover to allow for cold air feed. Was thinking of attaching to the rear of the bumper wedge, but not quite sure how? Also - what can I get to disperse the air at the filter end?

Any ideas/pics/tips pleeease scooby nuts!

You could look into getting some morette headlights, fairly hard to come by, but very possible. But they go for around 180 - 200 quid. You can then remove the inner lights for a full size air feed, almost direct to the filter.
