Question

Does anyone know if it is possible to get from one side of the services to the other without getting back on the motorway.

Cheers

Hi,

No I'm pretty sure you can't do it.
Just have to go to next junction and wizz round the roundabout and back on.

Cheers

Is Birch the one next to Camelot?

If so, you can sneak onto the back road near Park Hall/Camelot, drive over the mway, then go through the no entry sign into the opposite services.

Bit nerve wracking as the police station is right next to it, but it is usually quiet and the no entry is lterally about 3 feet long, so you can nip in quickly enough.

LOL@DreamWeaver

You've got the wrong motorway, mate You're thinking of Charnock Richard services on the M6, between J27 & 28. Birch is on the M62/60, between J18 & J19 ...

Not worth it even if it was poss IMHO. The next exit is only a couple of miles up the road.
