Hi Arron
It was no problem. I was no match for the Skyline's straight line ability. Mind you, I would have been dissapointed with Middlehurst if, after all that work, I had kept with you
The overtake was in a perfect postion and done safely. You've obviously had a lot of track experience. Its all about being aware of whose around you and what they are doing.

I firmed the suspension up later in the day and the car was very impressive.
Had a great 10 lapper on the tail of a version V RA
The picture is quite interesting. Look at the distortion on the tyres. This car has so much grip.
Must take some slicks next time

Pete I was very impressed with your car when we had our little razz up :
It turns in so much better than all the other Subaru`s. The wider track must help a lot. I hope I did`nt **** u off when I went down the inside into the Foggy Esses. I hoped you had seen me.
Regards.
Next time I`ll take me Scoob :

This was my quickest one
Who was in the cars we overtook?
I hope I was gentlemanly enough for you but its a big car :

Top pics as ever matey!
Greg.
I actually said I'd never go off into the gravel again . My car seem to have taken a shine to grass and mud instead now though!
Seriously though, I was braking in my normal places, but the pads just weren't up to it. I won't be using AP ZX pads again that's for sure. The difference between them and PFC's is light and day. Overshot so many bends despite braking earlier than normal, I just lost all confidence. They were poo.
(How's that for an excuse? ).

Aaron,
You passed the white GT4 just entering the back straight on your last session (if it was your last session). I was the passenger and gave you the w*nker signal Yes, very gentlemanly. The owner driving the GT4 said "Sh*t, Skyline !!", I said "Err, that's Birdy, and I think he is coming through, but you worry about the next corner". But you did wait until he had finished the corner (Copice).
Your line into the Esses was "interesting" (read sideways) but you disappeared off into the distance at that point. We pitted then and as we were getting out of the car, helmets off etc. we heard the 25 second powerslide and I thought "Must be Birdy, wide boy"
Cheers
Ian
