Actually I was quite looking forward to having elvington to ourselves, now it looks like the scoobysprint entries are going to hog the handling circuit till 3pm. But at least people don't need to be split between 2 events, so overall it's a good thing.
Looks like Manby was going to cost an arm and a leg.

Are you auditioning for 'grumpy old men?' (note, I'm allowed to say that, we're married).
I think it is good for those that felt torn and for Scooby owners everywhere.
But why we had to go through all of that to get here I don't know!
I mean the cost to host the event, not to enter or spectate.
Well, that's info none of us are party to, it may well be that it was cheaper as reflected by the cheaper ticket prices, but it's not worth speculating about as all we should worry about is whether Elvington & the event as it now is, is a sucess for all
LOL @ Pavlo. If the event was going ahead at Manby I'm sure I'd be doing it because of how much money I was making. God I'd hate to live in that twisted up brain of his.

Anyway.. thanks guys. I'm really pleased for everyone that we've sorted it. It's going to be a great event, and I'm looking forward to seeing everyone there.
i dont like the idea of not being able to turn my steering wheel until 3pm, but my mate is coming with his 700hp evo so i smell a bit of a quarter mile battle he he
