Thumbs up

Just got back to Seattle from Canada, completely knackered after 3 long days so this will be brief for now, expect the usual book tomorrow.

Well, what an awesome event, completely barking mad at times. It took in 850Km of British Columbia forest roads, covered in Ice and Snow. We saw elevation changes of over 4500ft and temps as low as 8F (bloody freezing).

Jamie and I had a few problems with the Laptop we were running on day one and lost 2 minutes, putting us 25th overall. rsquires was lying 2nd overall just 3 seconds from the lead.

Day 2 saw Jamie and I running perfectly computer wise so this showed our true pace, we set the 9th best overall time for day two, just 30 seconds off the winners time, this left us 17th overall. Without the day one PC probs we would have finished inside the top 10 for sure. Rsquires ended the event in 4th overall, just 5 seconds off winning the event, it was that close, this is after 850Km remember, pretty amazing stuff.

What a great event, didnt put a scratch on either car and finished inside the top 20 on our first ever rally together, i think thats pretty impresive.

Right, off to bed, full story tonight/tomorrow.

well done J.F.,

Well 'appy for you son.

Shame I have to report that your football team got stuffed 4-2 by my football team in the F.A. Cup Didn't we have £50 on that result?

See you soon, Shaun.
