Thinking of taking my scoob there for it's 50k/5 year service, what are they like, looking for some recommendations

..... well and bad experiences if anyone has had any (you can PM me if you like ).

Will be travelling a good hour or so to get there and want my little scooby to be well looked after

I had my clutch fitted by zak at mocom, diff oils etc all changed by them and he has helped me out a few times. in the past as well.

Had my 5 year service there a few months back. No probs and a good price. Take a good read though as theres nothing to do or see while you wait!

Had my 50K done there and Zak has since done all the work on my car. I drive down from Suffolk to see him & whilst sometimes he can be a bugger to get hold of, his work is top notch, attention to detail is second to none & I am very happy with it

Thanks for all the info chaps and for the heads up about taking a read to pass the time!

I'm in Ipswich so its a bit of a drive but not too bad.

I have heard people say in the past he is a difficult man to get hold of sometimes but to be fair to Zak he has answered all my e-mails within a day or so of me sending them and he even replied to one Sunday afternoon, so fair play to the man!
