Newbie - but which Impreza model?
Hoping for some constructive advice please
Hopefully come to the right place.
I have made the decision that an Impreza is for me.
I have been doing bits of research on here and other sites
The problem is I dont know what I should be looking at.
I have a budget of 4k thereabouts.
It seems for that money I am looking at tidy lower mileage turbo 2000's
Import WRX's & have even found a few RA's for that sort of money.
Can anyone advise or give a brief summary on what is available in terms of power output, specs etc.
The car will be used daily but also plan to do some trackdays, plus some trips to the ring
I wont want to go silly in the future with engine mods but if I bought a turbo 2000 for example would be looking to get some more power out of it!
Sorry is a bit vague but just want to get some input from the wealth of knowledge on here!
Cheers

Personally the factor that made me decide which model to get was my age. Being young I opted for the Turbo 2000 as they wanted silly money for import insurance... I think if you are new to Impreza's then the Turbo 2000 would be an excellent place to start. It's still rapid!
