Default Sparkplug change, when?

Hi all,

when would you change the original plugs from new on a 2006 sti? I mean age wise or mileage etc

3 years or 30k according to the handbook

Car has only done 24k so should be ok then. Car runs a bit off now and again but guessing it's because I use fuel from bp and sainsburies. Pitty subarus engine ecu takes so long to adjust to fuel, by the time it works one out, I have put other fuel in it lol

Might be an idea to check the plug gaps and a skim of copperslip when putting them back at this mileage.

for how much a set of plugs cost you might aswell change them.

I think the gap is 0.7mm.
