km to mph
just a quick question....
my scooby had already been converted when i brought it plus it's my first import.
all i see it has is a sticker of mph covering the km, does that mean the mileage on display is 85km not miles?

It should have been converted to run MPH over KMH, this is one of the requirements of the SVA/ESVA, now if your car had xxx km's on the clock (say 40k for instance) then your car would have covered 45k miles and 40k km (or 25k miles).

just looked through paperwork, clock read 68,225km when converted, it's just over 85k now, so say it's 85,225k.
it's done 17k in miles in uk..... how is the original 68,225k worked out into miles?

when i converted mine i removed the mileage counter and reversed it back to what the k/m equated to in miles, so the milaege shown is the actual mileage its covered now
