I personally don't think you can beat the Nomad ones. Look very factory, and colour match is perfect:

Had two myself. 1st I got a single, then went for a double after getting another gauge.

I have the 3 gauge pillar pod from Nomad, fits over the top of the existing trim perfectly and looks factory fit. You may have to find a way to secure the gauges in their pods though.

My Defi's were pretty tight already, but I just used layer of insulating tape around them to make the diametr a bit thicker.

How have you gone about moving the alarm sensor?
Or have you had to cut and re connect it?

There was enough room to mount it in its same position, using the original hole. No need to cut it. A longer screw for the sensor would have been better, but I did it without. I also have my handsfree microphone up there.
