Default Please, need some honest advice

I was looking to go for a 2.5 in my p1 and still may

Just it has covered 90k even though only 20k on a new engine and I just think now may be the best time to sell up as could still get ok money and then get either another p1 / sti or wagon with lower millage

Or get a hawkeye with the 2.5 and start it as a base car with under 30k

What would you guys do?

I know you don't ever get your money back on mods, just I am concerned that by the time I have done the conversion run it in and got the final map and then had some time to enjoy it my p1 would be well over the 100k mark say 110k so my worry is who will be willing to pay good money for a 2.5ltr + 321t+ with 110k on the clock

any advice please, can't decide what's the best thing to do
