Would it be more accurate to say obtained by fraudulent means.... ?

dunx

P.S. Stolen means he walked in picked up the keys and drove off, IMHO.

To be honest does it really matter, i assume you would rather we had a discussion about the whats and where for's if your car (God forbid) was taken..... I dont think so...

The car has gone and I asked nicely just to keep an eye out for it

But I have changed the statement....

Thanks anyway

realistically this car is on false plates or in a chop shop and the chances of you ever getting it back are below 1% as its too standard to stand out im afraid you have to bite the bullet and except the loss

If it was stolen I'd **** the b*stard....

If it was "borrowed" I'd try and get the keys... then **** the b*stard.
