Is it worth changing from a TD05 to a VF23??

Why would you want to do that? TD05 is capable of 340-350bhp

I have a fully recon as new hybrid vf23 est to be capable of 400horse..so i am told by the guys at aet..??

sure they didnt mean the VF22, the Vf23 is what comes on a V3 STI as standard i thought ?

though i aint checked what my turbo is yet

Yes the VF23 comes standard on the version 3&4 sti

As both turbos are similar in terms of power output and there is little in it spool wise I can see little point in swapping.
