Would suggest you try Godspeed. Their kits seem to get really good reviews. Looking to purchase one myself soon !

I posted a similar question on Surrey Scoobies mate.
The main consensus was that the WRX 4 pots just aren't up to the job and that your best bet is to either go with a Brembo upgrade from the STI or K-Sport or similar 6-8 pot kit.
I have uprated grooved discs, yellow stuff pads and braided lines but I still feel it's lacking punch when you really need to stop quick.
Gonna try some 5.1 fluid too but I suspect it still ain't gonna cut it.

got 5.1 in mine it really wont make the brakes perform any better from a 'bite' point of view just doesnt boil as easily.fitted a master cylinder stopper on sat and wasn't expecting much from it (had it lying round for months weather was nice so thought i'd bob it on)but the difference in pedal feel is alot better !!!
doesn't make the brakes better mind just thought i'd share, brembos on the horizon me thinks as the four pots just don't cut it for me

K-sport are worth a look if on a budget. The 330mm 8-pots (presume you have 17"+ wheels ?) even with the OEM pads are a lot better than the standard 4 pots.
Price was a 100-150 more than the godspeed disks.

First time I braked hard I let go of the steering wheel :-)

Kit comes with braided lines and spacers, but wasn't needed on mine.

Yeah I have a brake stopper as well and was happy with the way it stopped the pedal juddering so much - think that happens when the ABS kicks in but it's bloody annoying whatever causes it - my colleague at work has the same problem with his under heavy braking - lot of pedal judder.

abs can cause that but so does warped discs which is pretty common

The most cost effective thing you can do is to fit Brembos if your wheels can accommodate.

Once you offset the cost of selling your current calipers the cost will be very little.

Brembo calipers are better and use 326mm discs as standard.
