Default Stock tyre JDM WRX STI v7

My STI v7 came with horrid rubber dinghies on it

What is the stock tyre for this motor - 215 / what / 17

I wanna throw these off pronto and put something nice on

What are my options plz peoples

225/45/17 bridgestones normally, either 040 or 050, later cars had 070 semi slicks on

225?

My classic was 215 / 45 / 17 but I appreciate that that was a different car.

So why did this dick put the rubber rings on

I wanna splash on rubber all round but don't want it to look sh1te and more importantly handle sh1te

New age STI's are 225/45/17, later JDM cars are 235/45/17, so those are the ones you should be going to and the muppet who had the car before you probably found the 215's to be cheaper by 2 quid a corner
