It's the way the PAS fluid cools down, is it in the way for something? If not I'd leave it be.

as above leave it be it has a purpose, unless its a quick temporary fix for power steering fluid leak.

I want to remove it as im putting in a big racing rad, and think it would be better out the way. I carnt see it cooling it down much though.

cossie nutter see what you mean found some info on it saying that the pump and that wont last long so will change it 1 day to a proper cooler
