Normal PF is 7 to 10 WORKING days - this can mean up to 2 weeks, but in my experience most things take around a week and a half.
If you sent it PF you should be able to track it on their website which will tell you where it is or if it has been delivered.

It takes ages, and chances are being a box of electrics it may have got held up in customs, checking that it is what it says it is, if you know what I mean...anything with electronics in there gets a lot of attention...could have held it up going on a plane....give it a bit longer and check the tracking number online as to where it is now
