I put Motul 300V 5w/30 in, in March (thats the spec in the manual). Oil gets to operating temp (90ish degrees on mine) twice as quick as the stuff that was in it before, which must be a good thing.

Got good advice and a crackin deal on mine from Simon @ Opie Oils (sales@opieoils.co.uk or 01209 215164)

Mine's a Hawkeye STI and takes 4.5 litres (if my memory serves me right) so 5 litres should be more than enuff.

Hope this helps

Ronnie

Personally I'd say esther based fully synthetic is by far the best.

Best bet is to give the specialists a call (in my case OpieOils) really good guys, full of good advice.

Without wanting sound like a "puddin" my thoughts are the oil is the life blood of the car, no matter how you drive its essential you put the best you can afford in. Cheaper oils are cheaper for a reason (in my personal opinion).
