Hi Chaps,

Has anyone filled in one of these V55/5 forms before?...

I'm not quite sure what to put in Question 10 where it states for Type Approval, My car is over 10 years old, so am I correct in stating EXEMPT and on the overleaf explain its over 10 years?

.... also any idea about the make and model codes?... I assume you leave these blank.

Can anyone help?... please?....

Hi i filled in one of these for a bike i had to re import as it had been exported. I just filled in what i new and sent it away, you can down load a document to help you fill in each section. I didn't get questioned and alot of it seemed to be left blank.

I have the booklet that helps you fill in the form, buts its not very specific

been looking online to see if theres any help around, but nothing that I don't already know ... grrrr..
