Water + Metal = Corrosion
And unless I am missing something that's one thing we have plenty of in this country, particularly in the south!!!!!!
Whats the point in taking the risk for something that needs doing once every 2 years at £80 a time, £40 a year, less than £4 a month for peace of mind!!

Water + SALT + metal = even more trouble!
It's probably not worth it, but they've got you by the short and curlies on trade in. Still, it only works out at 21(ish) pence a day to keep it up! Even though the "black stuff peels off after a week. Come to think of it - that works out at over a tenner a day!! Definitely not worth it!
