1220kg with 1/2 a tank of fuel, good, bad or indifferent?

Thats stripped, caged but still with std seats, std doors and aircon,

I thought they were around 1235 fully laiden... So I guess the weight of the cage cancels out stripping unnecessary stuff. I'd say that was about right.
Lose the aircon, that weighs a tonne! All the sound deadening can go, and a lightweight battery will help. Fog lights, rear wiper, and (almost forgot) empty the crap out of glovebox... ;-)

sound dedening has gone, same for the wiper motor, kind of like the aircon tho.

I've shed a few pounds, the stainless headers and de-cat saved a whopping 21kg!
Seats saved another 10kg, lightweight pulley set, 2kg, light weight flywheel 5kg, light weight wheel nuts, 1kg, lighter wheels 5kg, spare,jack etc 7kg. It all adds up to 51kg!!
I've not got rid of the rear seats.
