Default S/N "I Trader" system Question Please ?

S/N I Trader system Question Please ?

Ok I have sold and bought some stuff on here but when it comes to people leaving me feedback they Don't Know how to ?

So my question is ? Is there an Instruction Guide on how to leave feedback ? (That I can link the people to or copy and paste?) As the last few people have rang me on how to do it ?

Cheers!

Actually, I'm not sure if there is a guide, I'll have a look. However, for now for anyone reading this thread, who is unsure how to do it, here goes (I'm no geek so my explanation won't be great

Find a post by the person you are wishing to leave feedback for.

Somewhere below the user name/avatar, there will be a line 'trader score' and beside a number in brackets.

Click on the number and it'll take you to the feedback page. You use the drop downs to state whether you are the buyer/seller/trader. You then have another to state overall experience, positive/neutral/negative.

After that you have options to leave a short comment, visible to all, then a link to the deal thread, then you can leave further comments for the person you have dealt with.

Check your comments, then click submit reply at the bottom, making sure you have not rated twice.

Think that's it.

I think it's coping the url link from the original for sale thread and pasting on the feedback system people are having problems with! I know it sounds strange but not everyone is up to date the pc's and internet

i have left and not received aswell, i know how to use it as i use it on another forum. it's not that hard to figure out, once you've done it the first time you'd be pretty dumb to forget how to do it from then on lol

Now, I am thick, but tell me if this is right.

You go onto the original thread, then there will be a load of writing in the top banner thingon the computer screen (address bar, or whatever fancy name it has). You highlight that, and right click, then select 'copy'. Then go back to that feedback bit, and in the bar asking for the url link, click in it, right click and select 'paste'.

That's how I would have thought you do it, not that I've done it yet.

As above, I've sold and bought around 6-7 items through SN, and left feedback for all, everyone happy. Only got 1 back. Surely the fact I've left feedback, would urge them too?

Stu

Obviously there are still some people who find it a little bit tricky to use as in the case of one of the guys on here who bought an exhaust system off me. He went to give positive feedback but pressed the wrong button and now I have a lovely (-1) in my name ...he has tried contacting various mods to rectify it but nothing has come out of it yet ??

Could you look into it for me

Is feedback only allowed on for sale items

I'm trying to give some FB for my wanted ad, but I get an error.
I copy and paste this as the deal:

But get this error:

* There was an error in your deal details!

And the deal entry details have been altered to:
