i got a slight oil leak from the cam seal which drips onto the zorst when hot and really kinda stinks.

no i aint gonna have the moneys to get this fixed for another month.

some 1 suggested this stuff...

Its a fairly easy repair if ur mechanically sympathetic. about 3 hours in total. a tube of gasket sealant and patience.
this is someone elses link but it worked for me

What about slowboy racing they are based in South london. I have used that oil stop leak stuff but not on a scooby on a Almera Gti and it does stop the oil leak.

Gasket sealent on camshaft oil seals? Who on earth taught you that particular gem?

providing you're good with the tools this will cost you about £20 quid to do.
Roughly £6 for the seal and you'll need to remove your radiator so allow for antifreeze/coolant too.

I would also take the opportunity to change the cambelt if it hasnt been done for a while though although obviously that will up the cost of the job.

Put a screw through the old seal this will allow you to grip it with a pair of grips to remove the old seal they are a sod to get out other wise.

Whole job no more than a couple of hours start to finish.

not long had cam belt done, (typical) got a mite comming to have a look later see if we can both do it. im handy with a spanner just never done these b4.

cam belt need to come off for this right?

sorry to sound thick (coz i know some peeps on here love ribbing newbs to scoobs!!) need to have job done b4 the weekend as cars going up on a club stand at the BHP performance show! will look nice with a nice oil patch under it ya think?? lol

any step by steps on here anywhere??

Make sure you align cam wheels and mark the timing belt before you take it off if the timing belt has lost his markings.
