bit of advice for you dude, dont go buying any cheapos off of the likes of ebay or something, loads of people have tried to save a few quid by doing this and the turbos are just cheap tat, get one from the likes of Andy.F or Lateral Performance or some place with a good reputation, dont go expecting for 400 on normal fuel as well as most only achieve around 380 or there abouts

TD05/20g output varies from lowish 300 hp to IRO 440 bhp on special brew.
Their output depends on where it is sourced from and the suitability of supporting mods to go with it.
Same comments for torque really, but starting with a 2.5 engine helps it shine.
Andy Forests website gives an idea of the potential for the 20g for various models with the correct supporting parts (and a healthy engine).

Isn't it a bit late in the day to worry what the output is after you've bought one

the figure i gave was relating to BHP, torque depends on your displacement size, how much boost etc, if your still on a 2.0L i doubt you will make the above figure in torque TBH unless your running big boost
