Default Basic DIY Front mount intercooler guide

a few pics of a intercooler job i done, might be helpful for someone.

wasnt that difficult apart from cutting the bumper. just had to make sure the holes drilled on the bumper bar were measured correctly so it sits in centre. cutting and bending the bodywork was not that bad as well, it was primered after cutting to prevent and rust.

also heat wrapped the down pipe and the pipework.

Tools needed:
- a decent socket set
- drill with right drill bit!
- angle grinder
- hacksaw from B&Q, you can do it when you B&Q it lol
- a set of files
- decent jubilee clamps
- some metal primer
- a box of plasters lol
- loads of swear words
- pliers to bend the metal
