Default SCOOBYWORLD MUDFLAPS

Hi

Anybody have scoobyworld mudflaps on their impreza? I have a bugeye WR blue with the black side sill so was thinking about going for black ones, or maybe blue?? Perhaps blue would only suit if the sills were colour coded?

Any thoughts plz. any pics of black or blue ones on your car would be greatly appreciated

thanks folks

I've got black Scoobyworld mudflaps on my Impreza. They look spot on, easy to fit, and good quality too.

To be honest black mudflaps look smart on any colour Scooby.

IMO get your sills colour coded then go for blue ones. Don't go for the tacky white writing tho, it just looks crap. I pulled it off mine and looks better for it.

I have the black ones on mine. Nearly 2 years old now and still look as new: https://www.scoobynet.com/scooby.php...&photoid=14821

Fitting is easy. Front ones are trickiest as wheels need to come off, but it isn't anything too difficult.

Was wondering how to get my sills colour coded. Can they be sprayed or do u need to buy them? would have thought new ones as they are the plastic material ??

I not sure but I think they are abs plastic. I got mine done at a bodyshop the day after I got the car. I was charged about the £150 mark. When they were sprayed I got them to give them 5 coats of undercoat then sand down to get rid of the plasticy effect then give it the top coat, 3 coats. If the paint is too thin you will see the grain (if you like) of the plastic under the paint. To do the job the sills came off which I gather isn't hard. It is well worth doing and IMO makes a big difference to the look of the car. The other option is to get in touch with the likes of Jap Performance Parts Jap Performance Parts : Home and get a set of 2nd hand STI sills and just swap them over.

Good luck with whichever you choose.
