Default classic wrx shockers what type?

what type of shockers should a my96 wrx have on it?the car only has 53000miles on it and they look original but have kyb stamped on them,anyone have a clue?cheers dudes

I think that bog standard KYB shocks were fitted to all classic WRX's, and the better KYB's with the thicker shaft were fitted to later STI models.

A set of standard KYB aren't that expensive anyway:KYB Shocks

sure all classics had them fitted as standed my uk classic had them fitted before i changed to kyb ajustbles
