Subaru lost their BAT sponsorship YEARS ago: why would they release a '555' related vehicle now? Will there be a John Player Special Elise.....?

I've seen a dozen or so on the road. A few of each (non turbo, WRX and STi). I do drive 60k+ a year though.
I've only seen 1 Evo X, though (and that had the dealers logo on the side). I thought all the Scoob owners said they would be buying Evos. Obviously not.

I'm not blind and I bought one and I might be interested in a WRX S if I can get one at a decent price. I think they are underated primarily because they are hatchbacks but if you look at them carefully from different angles the style/design does grow on you. All in all they feel more like a grown up car compared to the older models and whilst they could do with a bit more performance (maybe WRX S figures) given that they can be had for knock down prices and have 4wd I can't see why more people aren't buying them but it doesn't bother me as it means I drive a car that you don't see everywhere.
