Got My Classic....... come on Saturday!!
After several weeks of searching we found the right one! The car is beautiful and by Saturday I will be the owner of my first Scooby!!
A uk99 turbo, Mica blue with air con, sunroof and full leather.
She is a real beauty!
When we have the car back home safe i'm going to get it mopped so she is really shiny! mmmmmmmmm!
I am so excited so excuse me for sounding pathetic!

99Blue.... looks nice, but I suppose I am biased!
We are doing a deal with our good seller to see if we can keep the stainless back box on, other wise he will put the original one back on.
It's got some factory fitted Prodrive upgrades on it too, it makes a hell of a difference to the other classics I have been to see.

Aye I will do, might just take her on some lane bashing first, then get her all washed up and shiny for some pics. I am sure my 3 year old son will do some posing for me!
my 182 has just been driven away so i hope to find my new scoob soon

I found the car on here..... even better!
The leather is nice, and will be really practical with the kids. It's got air con too which thinking about the black leather and these hot (hopefully) sunny days, the air con will be a godsend.

Blue is the fastest definatly! lol. I will be looking out for a set of gauges next.....
Looking for some defi's..... but who knows....... I am open to see what else is about of nice quality.

Looking forward to hearing your first experiences of Scooby ownership.
As for gauges look out for some of the white Defi Link gauges secondhand not the BFs as these light up green just like the dash illumination in your car so look like a factory fit.

I had autometer gauges in my old MY00 - with the little green sock on the light they match the dash lights very well.
Not as posh as Defis but then a quarter of the price for the same job.

Sorry f1 fan...... I got into this last night with the other half as he has a scoob 10 years ago and it was mica red..... he also agree that red is the fastest colour! lol.
As for the gauges, I know that defis will go like rocking horse poo the minute they are up for sale..... so I need to keep my eyes well peeled.
