Default Boost problem, help

Took car for a run today and noticed the defi boost gauge warning light coming on but no warning beep before it reaches full boost but car still feels strong and no boost cut etc, i have 3 boost setting on my E-Boost 2 controller and its doing it in all 3 settings, could this be a gauge problem or a turbo problem, car still feels good and power is still strong

Any ideas guys

The warning light on the defi is manually set and comes with a beep when you hit it, are you overboosting on is your light coming on, on its own?

The light is coming on as soon as it gets over 1bar on all 3 settings but no beep to be herd, setting 1 is 1.2bar 2 is 1.5bar 3 is 1.7bar but the needle on setting 3 is hitting 2bar, an like i said car drives fine with no boost cut etc, i was told because off cold weather that the will be raised slightly and that i should alter the peak setting on defi, but that did not work taking it back to clinic next week for a checkup cos its a new turbo etc and have only done 2500miles since july when i got car back

Not being rude but are you familiar with the process for setting the warning levels on the Defi's ?

Just checking !

dunx

P.S. Mine over-reads boost by 0.1 bar ! as the ecu can't adjust boost over 1.45 bar ( and the gauge reads 1.6 bar ! )
