rear fog light question

rear fog light question
i know loads of you are gona call me a big girls blouse but, im one for the little finishing touches. I cant stand the look of one rear fog light. not that i ever use it but i know its there. from the outside looking at the passenger rear light, you can see a sort of circular indent as if the hole for the bulb should push out. but it dont. does anyone know if the jdm, or usa spec blobeyes have two rear fog lights? i was thinking that if they do i could source a rear light unit from somewhere?

I may be wrong..... AGAIN !
Don't you just need to find a breaker's yard with a car with the same units fitted and "chop" the section you want out !
Then extend the wiring to your current fog light wiring, join and install !
I realise some cars use a "plug-in" set-up, but if it is bulb holders it's quite easy, imho
