Cool

For sale in this month's Classic/Sportscar:-

1) ex Le Mans MacLaren F1
2) Estate 456 Ferrari (!)
3) 700bhp Jaguar XJ220 (carbon fibre body).
4) 680bhp Ferrari F40.

Anyone got insurance quotes for these types of cars, I am sure it will be cheaper than to insure imported WRX (hee hee hee).

Richard.

456 Estate? I'll have that thank you very much! Would look very nice next to the blackbeast (WRX Wagon) might even be a bit of a laff on trackdays! could show the saloon boys a thing or two

Didn't the Sultan of Bruni have a 456 Estate custom made for him by Ferrari?
The words sense/money/more come to mind.

I would have the Jag. Anyone seen the Jeremy Clarkson video with all the supercars in.

Sorry bad dream, I mean the F40.

Was there any prices alongside these cars?
Must be around: £Godknows for the F1, about £70,000 for the 456, £150,000 for the F40 and £1 for the Jag.

All prices were POA - but I think Jag was free to a good home.

Thumbs down

I'd rather have the Metro 6R4 that they took the motor from to put in the XJ220 ... now imagine the 6R4 with the 500bhp+ twin turbo motor. Hmmmm....

Taking chance here !!
I'd have the Jag and get the whole brake system sorted. That was i believe its week point. Other than that it is a good car and £110000.00 is much better value than Mac.
me thinks Buggati EB110 (???) with four wheel drive is still one of the best real super cars

We had a Jag 220 and a Ferrari F40LM at Knockhill recently, but they were both afraid of using them when they got on the track. The F40 would not go out with anything other than the Porsche GT2 that was there, and never opened it up. I went out with the Jag, but cant believe he was trying, and he then caught fire in the pits.
