Default 1:18 Scale , Diecast Model Cars (Beware 56k)

Does anyone know the approximate value of Model Cars ?

I've got quite a lot of Limited & Special addition models (1:18 Scale) that were gathering dust in my loft, so I'm thinking of selling the whole lot as a package , or would I be better off selling them all seperate ,possibly on EBay.

Phil,

I'm not an expert of 1:18 scale models (i'm more a 1:43 scale F1 collector ) but i would say that looking at current prices on ebay for 1:18 Maisto models they aren't fetching very much So normally I would say to sell them seperately, but the way things are it would better to sell them as one lot.

Most people seem to want the AutoArt models these days instead of the Maisto ones.

Theres a strong demand on eBay for 1:18 models. Though its normally for the Minichamps/AutoArt quality cars. The "lesser" ones UT, Burago etc are still popular, but dont sell for nowhere near as much.

Try the relevant owners forums for them. Might be easier. The Escort Cosworths will shift very easily on the RSOC site for example.

Thanks for the Ideas so far.

I've been digging around and found that the focus from www.fordracing.net is worth considerably more than I paid for it

I'll try the RSOC.

does anyone else know anything about these ??

Phil
