Are these parts new or used and also are they genuine subaru parts?

no mate they are pattern panels the place i work sells them
some fit ok and some are crap but they are cheaper than genuine ones

as said there pattern parts, the fitment of my impreza parts from them are fine, the cross member fits my lower cross member SPOT ON
