Default Brought A WRX today

Hey Guys,

After a few weeks trying to decide what to buy, a WRX or WRX STi I decided to go for the WRX for now and wait and see how much further STi prices come down.

So I'm now the proud owner of a black 2001 'bugeye' WRX which is completely standard and is in mint condition for the money I paid.

It drives beautifully and has very good perfomance........for now!

I would like to free up some of the characteristic noise though...is there any exhaust system that isn't silly loud and wouldn't wake up the neighbours or can I fight a PPP exhaust sytem for a little more noise?

I bought a cat back magnex exhaust gives a nice low burble on tickover and sounds sweet when accelerating and you would never know it`s there when motorway cruising. Oh such paradise is hard to find.

I will get some pics up once its had a clean needless to say i may have opted for the lesser model but it feels good to have such a raw car again and to drive with a smile on my face
