Hi all on monday my impreza skidded sideways in some real heavy snow and the rear passenger wheel hit the kurb face on, resulting in the wheel being at an angle. At first i thought i had damaged the wheel, took it off but there was nothing wrong with it. Looked at all the linking bars etc, and there is no sign of damage or creasing to them. Bloke at garage reckons my sub frame MIGHT be bent?????? Surely the link arms would bend before the sub frame??? Could i have damaged the hub????? Anyone with any help be most appreciated. Cheers

How hard did you hit?

Anyway, probably knocked out the the camber or toe, take it somewhere for a geometry check.

You can never really tell until you take it all off and put it side by side with another set IMHO

Well i didnt hit it that hard i reckon i was travelling at between 5-10mph, understand that i would need to take it all down, but the work involved with taking it all off and then to find out it wasnt bloody snow, might have to take it somewhere else i guess
