Question Tracking question

Been to have wheels tracked and camber ajusted after having car lowered.
Garage couldn't do it because all the agustment bolts are seezed.
Will I have to take it to Subaru dealer to have it sorted

any half decent garage that does tracking will b able to do it trust me im a mechanic ok ive just been laid off but my work could of done it if u were closer

Just had my wheel bearing done on front near side, the chap that did it said it was a right job because every thing is rusted and seized.
Would it be a problem if bolts started snapping etc
I know selectatyre, their at ripley. Il give them a call on Monday.
