LOWEST MPG attained
Whilst I appreciate that a WRX, STi etc is never going to be bought for its impressive fuel economy, I was rather startled recently when upon a rather lively jaunt I managed to attain 6mpg. The fuel gauage was going down faster than the speedo was going up.
Can anyone beat this ?

Was fun tho'.

P.S. This tank-full I've managed 286 miles and the light isn't on yet ! That's around 26 mpg.

I've had mine down to 13mpg on a back road run from Ipswich - Felixstowe (plus an A14 run back again)
God knows how bad it would have been if it was back roads both ways...
Should work out my track figures next weekend too (or maybe I'd better not )
Ady.

Really, well I challenge you to get better, using a non-standard over fueled car to travel daily to and from work on short journeys (4 miles each way), through town in rush hour traffic using the air-con to keep the screen de-misted.
What is it with some people
