Question Should I get pops added to my remap?

Really undecided what to do!

Dont know whether to get pops and bangs added to my ecutek remap.

Could I have it mapped in by ANDY F between 5 and 7k revs?

Cheers

You could but it might be better as a dual map as it basically means the fuel isn't right so slightly less power i believe.

haha!
Yeah my neighbours will not be enjoying the pops and bangs I feel as I already get looks for starting the car up at 6:30am to go to work! oops! **** em
WRX SWRT Ill need to pop up after its done mate as promised!!!
ECUTEK cant have dual maps- ive asked already, due to the fuel ration thingy being aletered only once on the map- even with dual maps.
Can be done with aftermarket ecu thing
I just think when you hit 5k pushing it and you get a lovely pop it will put a smile on my face- also very easy to stay under that when wanting to be quiet

yeh just from the map thats on the over run and the kind of static bangs are from it too harder to make out on the vid tho

in a crude way it is mild antilag

as its a bawhair of unburnt petrol hitting the turbo and exploding and hence flame the length of the car then some out the back cool at night unlit roads were lit to say the least lol no one up your **** in a beemer or transit either lol

I may be wrong but isn't only the JDM STI's from 03 onwards that allow true map switching as opposed to the UK cars that only allow two switchable boost levels so thats not a duel map..

Mine flames too, but not as big so to speak, obviously yours was mapped more for over-run etc.

You should of seen my Evo 8 MR i had, fully forged, Autronic ecu, FP Green turbo, FULLY BLOWN anti-lag and launch control, that was like an OIL=RIG....

yeh thats right its just to diff boost levels which obviously affects fueling so the low boost is effectivly an economy mp
