I have to say mine had a lot of surface rust on for stainless steel the last time I checked them. I would speak to whiteline and see what they say as that is not a normal failure for something like this. As you say, there's not that much movement on the ARBs.

I would point at a flaw in the metal. Unless you've hit a huge pothole and it's over stressed the link. I had a factory rear droplink snap, but you could see the air bubbles in the link across the break so it was flawed and I got a refund.

tbh the adjustable links aint that good quality, the rose joints are a poor design for the cash they ask for them takes the micheal
i got a bloke who makes motorsport parts making me a set for the rear anyway so hes gonna make me some for the front,, less than quarter the price these retail at and also with the correct spacers for the funny angle there are placed under aswell,,,,,, on and there are non rusting also but aint fussed about that one

I stuck Perrins on the rear, painted so they don't rust and the rose joint lines up with the arms even when its lowered. I've got some adjustable rear arms to fit next week after the kids go back to school so I'll test the adjustability, and maybe swap to Perrin fronts later on (after a trip to the US ).

Mine started knocking in a very short space of time, and they were replaced, and these have only taken eight months to get seriously annoying.
I'm going to try Perrin on the front next, even at their stupid prices....
