Default STId(iesel)

Just read in the latest total impreza about subarus testing of a diesel wrx/Sti.Appears they are using the sti bodyshape(exhausts/arches) with a three scoop bonnet.
All the figures were hypothetical but i think in the future climate,it might be a serious option,if they dont screw it up.
Any thoughts?

The man at the motor show told me they had plans in the pipeline to do a hot diesel STi, I will reserve judgment until its made and tested, but in principle I would be happy to drive one.

50+mpg and 3/400fplb in that size/weight car works for me, i'll be sticking one in the type r
