ring up hayward & Scott - Tel (0)1268 727256 , they will make you an up pipe for whatever size you want - I had one made slightly larger (3mm extra) to improve flow but not lose spool. Is fantastic, quality excellent - cost me around £130 in stainless.

Looks ok, doesnt it?
Do you think there will be much difference between the likes of the Hayward and Scott to the ones on Ebay?

I mean, theres hardly going to be a 30bhp difference or half your spool up speed, are they!! Obviously theyll be better quality but would you notice a difference between the two?

Also, what diameter is best 2" or 2.5?

Don't touch the cheap ebay rubbish - you want a proper slip jointed one of the correct dia or you will loose spool up. Harvey Smith is the man to speak to, his come heat wrapped with new studs etc.
