feburary 15 th this year i had a accident on m25 south bound at south mims turnoff a lorry he hit me in rear quater and spun me in front of him and pushed me 100 yds up the motorway he then stopped about half a mile up the road my insurance company are saying with out a witness we wont have a chance (useless tossers)so hopefully some one see it
i no its a longshot but if any one did see it to pm me

I know how you feel mate, my insurance company went knock for knock on a claim I made 5 years ago when some one drove in the back of me. He claimed I reversed into him and without witnesses (my wife and kids not being independent enough) they wouldn't fight it - I don't know what we pay our premiums for.

Have you tried contacting the highways agency to see if they have anything on camera. M25 is littered with cameras, but I don't know how long they'll retain the tapes for.
