Not quite so scary when Scoobs constitute less than 1.5% of thefts. Puts things a little more in perspective.
No details on the number that weren't recovered/burned out before the boys on blue got there?

Whilst on the subject of trackers, are there stats to show how useful they are? ie, what proportion of cars stolen with trackers fitted get recovered, versus the same conditions for cars without tracker?
I've idly looked for this info before but not found any hard data, just misrespresented sales type guff.

Well there's statistics for you..... of the five hi-jacked cars one was a Scoob.
Tabloid Headline:-
Drive an Impreza? There's almost 1 in 4 chance you'll be Hi- jacked on the way home!
BTW Men have a 100% greater chance of getting their dick caught in a zip than women.
Should we all be buying trousers with button up flies?
Lets just be careful not paranoid.
