I saw an STI with a rear diffuser very very similar to this one today. Only difference was it was made to accommodate the standard single exhaust (as opposed to twin exhaust in the pic)

Anyone know what it is or where I can get one, or one similar even? Love it

Edit: I know its from a concept car, but I am only interested in this type of rear diffuser and know it(the diffuser) exists as I saw one very similar today.
