Default Scoobie Newbie

Hi All,

New member to the forum today, migrating to a WRX STi 330s in the next few weeks so thought I would join a forum and find out a bit more about the car and what everyone else is doing to there car's.

Migrating over from the Type-R forum and from a Type-R to the STi.

I will find out in just over a week when the new car will be here.

Anyway, that's the introduction over.

Rich

Welcome mate..hope the new hatch entertains you as much as it does some of us... and you are welcome on here... regardless of the anti hatch brigade!

Thanks for all the welcomes.

Yes its going to be a new plate, could not reach a decision with the dealer on Saturday (delaying tactic really) so next Saturday I have an STi for the day. Good excuse to take the Mrs for a little spin too.

Getting close to doing the deal, just waiting for the dealer to move a little more as he is as keen to sell one as I am to buy one.

Not sure when to take delivery though, shall I wait for a new plate in the new year or take delivery sooner - decisions, decisions?!!!

I think your right, I've been thinking that way but given its not that far away really I might as well sit tight for the new plate.

Welcome, either way wait a little as im sure you can screw them down a little more as sales get fewer and further between, nows proberbly the best its ever been to buy in recent times.. also have you looked at places like litchfields, motorpoint and carplanet as im quite sure you could bag a real bargin going the euro/ jap import route and you still get the 3yr warranty, by adding it to the uk dealer network list which only takes a phone call..either way im sure you will love it welcome to torque central
