Default Dent removal prices

I had a quote from Chipsaway to remove 10 dents from my car.
The price was £300. Admittedly quite a few to remove there, but for around 6 hrs work I thought £300 was way too steep.

How much have you paid for dent removal?

For two dents on one of my old cars it cost me £20.

It was a "one man band" guy who I happened to see at a Renault or Peugeot garage in Scarborough fixing their cars. I pulled in and talked to him, and he did my car there and then.

Could be worth phoning your local garages to see who they use, as they might contract them out like the garages in Scarborough.

There you go then! They will be cheaper than Chipsaway......Suppose some dealers may not want to tell you who does the dents, but some obviously wont care.

lol i went to chips away for 3 x dints and it was £90 looks like £10 a dint!

There work is pretty good from what ive seen and they guarantee it for ten years!

I didn't go for it in the end as they guy looked at me like i was joking around as if to say "i can barely see these dents why the hell do you want them sorted" thinkg is, when it's your car and you valet it every week you know they're there!

Guy i use charges £35/£40 per car - Trade, regardless of how many dents.. As long as the car is not covered with them.. On average it takes him around 40 mins or so per car....

I used the Warrington branch of these - v impressed. £80 IIRC. Looking on here tho this seems a bit over-priced??

I'm dropping mine off thursday to have everything the guys can remove done , its bloody dinked everywhere the poor thing , not too sure how much it'll be yet but expecting it to be pretty reasonable as my mate runs his own body shop and he's got the fella going over to him for me at his trade price ,

I'll let you know how it goes price/quality wise , i do know he's freelance though so if all turns out ok i'll be sure to pass on his details

Always go off recommendations not price, as dent removal is an art.
I've seen some attempts and the dent looks more visible.

Sorry no. I don't know if they would show up on a camera anyway.
