Exclamation

As posted by Mike Woods, Prodrive, refer in to MY01 :-

"The PPP will be the 240ps version.

There will be a Euro homologated STi type car, probably in about 12 months time but this will not have 280ps initially.

Mike"

I think that the emissions rules have been tightened. This is only a guess as to why. Makes the LTd edition MY01 sound good.

Unhappy

If I was gettin a new UK scoob I'd have to pass on the special edition and wait for the 'homologated' STI - purely cause I'm a sucker for toys and the STI will have a six speed box, whilst I presume the special won't .

Thumbs down

Sti without 280PS..

They must be

Ahh but if the standard car is 280 how much would the limited editions have to be?. Now call me sinical but I bet the limited STi edition will have the 280ps. I.e. a limited edition with just a few colour/interior changes is not good enough.
