cleaning hks panel filter
my hks panel filter could do with a clean hows best to do this? ive seen the other cleaning kits for the k&n & others but some use a oil thanks

Use K&N panel filter cleaner.
Be careful, too much oil craps up the MAF Sensor, all that oil has to go somewhere!!
I clean mine by using a Maguires brush, on the Dirty side, then the wash stuff, leave it to dry, then the cleaner.
I leave it above NOT ON a radiator overnight, goes great.
I also use Injector cleaner with cotton buds VERY CAREFULLY on The MAF Sensor too.
The Dish Washer, I haven't been brave enough to try.
